Active Participants can choose to terminate their status, as such, at any time, however, all registration and/or participation fees are nonrefundable, except during the 20 days following registration as an Active Participant. In the event of cancellation during this initial period, Participant will forfeit the shipping and handling fee which was in effect at the time of his/her current registration. Any referral fees which would have been payable to an Active Participant are forfeited as well, if cancellation occurs during this introductory period.
All registered Active Participants understand and agree that their status as a registered Participant is theirs, alone, and that their status as a Participant, as well as any rights and privileges associated with that status, including access to and usage of the entire site, cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person, or entity, for any reason. Further, each Participant agrees to accept complete responsibility for any personal opinions, definitions, explanations, suggestions and/or teaching, advertising or sales techniques and/or methods used and/or provided to others, which have not been explicitly authorized by VIVA SUCCESS, INC., through its official representatives.
